We offer two programs; our preschool program for 3 year olds and our Pre-K program for 4 year olds who will be entering Kindergarten the following year.
3 Year Olds
*The Little Acorns A.M.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
The Little Acorns is our preschool program for children who are 3 years old on or before September 1st of the enrollment year. (Must be potty trained)
Our preschool program is designed to offer your 3 year old opportunities to develop intellectually, physically, socially, and spiritually. We offer developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on many emergent skills in reading, writing, and math. Attention will be given to developing fine and gross motor skills through a variety of individual and group activities.
Creativity will be nurtured through art, music, and movement. Your child will develop a sense of community in and out of the classroom by participating in classroom responsibilities and learning about the community in which we live. Good manners, caring for others' feelings, and developing friendships will be fostered in a loving Christian environment. With field trips and monthly/holiday themes, learning has never been more fun!
The following schedules are for the 2020-2021 school year. Registration begins in February 1st for current students and siblings and February 15th for new students!
*The Mighty Oaks A.M.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:30-11:00 a.m.
*The Mighty Oaks P.M.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
11:15- 1:45 p.m.
The Mighty Oaks AM and PM classes are our Pre-K programs for students who will be 4 years old on or before September 1st of the enrollment year. (Must be potty trained)
Our Pre-K program is designed just like our preschool program, but includes a focus on Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten readiness. Our Pre-K students will be stretched and challenged as they move into the next level of learning, all while having fun! Our goal is to make the transition from Pre-K to Kindergarten (or T-K) as seamless as possible for our students by equipping them with the knowledge, experience, and confidence they need to excel in Kindergarten/Transitional Kindergarten.
