Refund policy

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Learning Lane, every item is carefully inspected and packaged with love before it ships. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or any reason other than shipping damage.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to update after shipment.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we want to make it right! To request a replacement or store credit for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@learninglane.net
  2. Include clear photo evidence of the damaged item, including any damage to the packaging
  3. Provide your order number in your message

Once we review your photos, we'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Approved claims will receive either:

  • A replacement with an identical item (if available in stock), OR
  • Store credit in the amount of the damaged item, which can be used toward a future purchase

Please note that we do not issue cash refunds to your original payment method. We do not require damaged items to be returned to us.

Items NOT Eligible for Replacement or Store Credit:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Claims submitted without prior approval
  • Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery
  • Items with no photo evidence of shipping damage

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Learning Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
