Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed the same day except during holiday seasons and then we do our best to process orders in 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to update.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier you choose at checkout. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.
Local Pickup
We offer the option of local pickup for orders, however, if you choose this option, the order must be picked up within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email instructing you to go to 315 S. Scott Street, Del City, OK 73115 (Inside PSI Building) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
Expedited Orders
For an additional $10 you may request that your order be expedited and shipped the same day. To do this, orders must be placed prior to 3:00 p.m. CST
Where We Ship
Currently, Learning Lane ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for a $15 fee to Edmond, Oklahoma City, Moore and Norman.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays (weather, holidays, high-volume seasons)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs or local delivery issues
Learning Lane is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Learning Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Learning Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors)
- Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for instructions on how to request a replacement or store credit.
